How long is the processing time?
Orders are currently taking 7-10 business days for processing. This is because of the large volume of orders and everything is handmade and done start to finish by myself. You will receive a shipping notification via email once we ship your order!

What if I have allergies?
Our facility uses coconut, almond or avocado oil in every product and therefore may not be suitable for those with allergies to any of the mentioned oils. We cannot guarantee there won't be trace amounts.
My package tracking says "Arriving Late"
Once I turn your package over to USPS, I have fulfilled my sellers obligation. Please understand with COVID-19 and the holidays, delayed arrivals are completely out of my control. See the Refund Policy page for more information.
