A refund will be issued ONLY if the products were damaged upon arrival. Please send me an email with pictures of the damage within 2 days of receiving your items.
In place of a refund, you can also ask for a replacement item sent to you in the event that it was damaged in transit. I will gladly send you new items.
Once I have turned your package over to USPS, I have fulfilled my sellers obligation. Therefore, refunds will not be issued in the event of delayed packages within the USPS network, lost packages or stolen packages.
I know how frustrating it can be to have your package delayed, but please understand that this is out of my control.
My number one priority is to give my customers the best experience all around, so please reach out to me with any issues concerning your order. I will do my best to address your concerns if you are not pleased with my products. BUT please understand if it is purely based on preference (dont like the shade, scent, etc) I cannot offer you a refund.
